We operate a ‘from scratch kitchen’ and we are proud to offer dishes that are crafted, not cranked out. All dressings, sauces, stocks, soups and dips are made fresh in house, along with our sourdough, gnocchi and desserts. We use in season, BC ingredients whenever possible and strive to use all parts of each product to minimize any food waste.
