a mash bill of 100% organic corn grown in Spallumcheen, BC. triple-distilled in a copper pot still and then transferred to newly charred Oak barrels for 7.5 years. notes of grilled ripe peach, alongside caramel and vanilla. it is intense and well-balanced with spice, honey, and subtle sweet toffee, nougat, & molasses. - 62.5%

medium peated expression married from a select combination of Kentucky Bourbon casks, virgin American casks, and re-charred Portuguese red wine barriques. A triple distilled whisky, fully matured in a single moscatel sweet white wine barrique made with European oak. on the nose, muscat grape and sweet white wine with hints of vanilla, honey, marzipan, walnut and nutmeg. The creamy mouthfeel leads to full bodied moscatel and oak, vanilla beans, dried ginger, ripe cherries, pear, lychees, dried coconut and lemon zests. - 46%

Distilled using local barley peat-smoked at the distillery with Washington State peat, then matured in a single carefully selected Portuguese red wine barrique. Nose: The nose presents medium peat smoke, dark Sherry, leather, juniper, with rum and raisin toffee. The palate is full bodied, with big peat smoke, burnt wood, seaweed, cedar, and malt extract, leading to treacle, dark fruit cake, red berries, leather and tobacco.  46%

Aged in an electric box, wired with time-altering devices (heat, pressure, and recoopered dismantled wine barrels.) This whisky is aged in 1/1000th of the time. On the nose, you'll experience butterscotch, brown sugar, worn leather. On the palate, caramel, roasted marshmallow, grapefruit, tobacco and a long vanilla forward finish.  - 44%

This single barrel canadian whisky made from 80% BC corn and 20% BC barley was aged in recoopered okanagan wine barrels that we charred in house at the distillery. On the nose you can expect notes of ripe cherries, warm caramel, marzipan, toasted oak and butter. On the palette it will hit you with spiced apples, vanilla, roasted almond and white pepper followed by a finish with highlights of honey and more vanilla and cherries. - 43.7%

Crafted with triticale grain, a cross between wheat and rye, sourced just 58 miles from the distillery, this whisky pays homage to its Scottish roots, where triticale originated in the 1800s. sweet caramels and spiced complexity kick it off with notes of peppercorns, cherry jam, apricot and hints of coconut that linger and dance on the palate.- 45%

Prospector is 100% Northern BC rye, transformed into liquid, steam, and back again. It is then coaxed into new, heavily charred American White Oak barrels. With a heady nose of brown sugar, dried prune, vanilla and oak, this full-bodied rye melts on the tongue into light spice and stone fruit notes, leaving with a crisp, dry finish like crackling leaves - 46%

Odd Society’s 10th Year Anniversary Celebration Whisky Boneyard is a testament to their whisky heritage. With an “Odd” nod to the Solera method, they collected a litre or so from every bottling session since they began releasing whisky in 2016, and have been saving it in two special casks. These casks became known as the boneyard. Rye, single malt, maple whisky, peated malt, and smoked malt were all married together in the boneyard barrels. - 46%

This 100% rye spent time in several ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in casks from Northern Islay, providing coastal notes of spring water and moss, with subtle wisps of peat smoke and a gentle salinity followed by dried herbs and wet mulch, like the smell of an old, wooden garden shed. 

Finishes with a coastal minerality – like licking a wet ocean rock in all the best ways imaginable!!

This 100% BC grown rye whisky was first matured in ex-bourbon berrels for 3-4 years. The spirit was then transferred to a once used whisky barrel recently aging Grade A maple syrup for about six months. - 46%
