A refined and nuanced 5-grain whisky built on the unmistakable aroma and flavour characteristics captured in our beloved flagship Ancient Grains 'Young' Whisky. Distilled from BC grown barley, spelt, emmer, khorasan, and einkorn - the ancestors of all modern grains - and matured in new American oak casks for at least 3 years. Mainland Whisky is a distillery located in Surrey, B.C. Guided by early moonshine practices and boundless creativity; their small-batch whisky is made in a hybrid reflux still with organic corn and malted barley.
Aged in an electric box, wired with time-altering devices (heat, pressure, and recoopered dismantled wine barrels.) This whisky is aged in 1/1000th of the time. On the nose, you'll experience butterscotch, brown sugar, worn leather. On the palate, caramel, roasted marshmallow, grapefruit, tobacco and a long vanilla forward finish. - 44%

This single barrel canadian whisky made from 80% BC corn and 20% BC barley was aged in recoopered okanagan wine barrels that we charred in house at the distillery. On the nose you can expect notes of ripe cherries, warm caramel, marzipan, toasted oak and butter. On the palette it will hit you with spiced apples, vanilla, roasted almond and white pepper followed by a finish with highlights of honey and more vanilla and cherries. - 43.7%

Moon Under Water is a small brewery and pub in Victoria, BC. The brewery and distillery specializes in German lagers, wheat, and sour beers, but are constantly experimenting with new releases and spirits including their new whiskies.

Odd Society’s 10th Year Anniversary Celebration Whisky Boneyard is a testament to their whisky heritage. With an “Odd” nod to the Solera method, they collected a litre or so from every bottling session since they began releasing whisky in 2016, and have been saving it in two special casks. These casks became known as the boneyard. Rye, single malt, maple whisky, peated malt, and smoked malt were all married together in the boneyard barrels. - 46%

Stillhead Distillery, located in Duncan, BC creates small batch whiskies that are released only when they reach perfect maturity, not a particular age. They don’t look for shortcuts, instead they respect whisky making tradition. Each barrel is curated over the course of its aging, carefully matching its character to the barrel it will finish its maturation in, creating the perfect final whisky.
After four years in an ex-bourbon barrel, this single malt whisky was then transferred to a “decade old” Madeira wine cask exploding with fruit and sweet notes. The nose reveals brown sugar, honeycomb and ripe mandarin oranges, with baking and winter spice notes. On the palate, expect big and bold fruity and honey based flavours, as well as specific notes of candied oranges, sultana raisins, dried apricots and spices like cinnamon, ginger and black pepper - 50%
