This single barrel canadian whisky made from 80% BC corn and 20% BC barley was aged in recoopered okanagan wine barrels that we charred in house at the distillery. Odd Society’s 10th Year Anniversary Celebration Whisky Boneyard is a testament to their whisky heritage. With an “Odd” nod to the Solera method, they collected a litre or so from every bottling session since they began releasing whisky in 2016, and have been saving it in two special casks. Sons of Vancouver is a small, award winning distillery on Vancouver's North Shore. It was born out of a young, foolhardy desire to follow passions and contribute to a growing community of independent distillers. Best known for the ever-popular No. 82 amaretto, the distillery is now running a growing, award winning whisky program and is very excited to bring super flavourful rye whiskies to the Canadian market.
This 100% rye spent time in several ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in casks from Northern Islay, providing coastal notes of spring water and moss, with subtle wisps of peat smoke and a gentle salinity followed by dried herbs and wet mulch, like the smell of an old, wooden garden shed.
Finishes with a coastal minerality – like licking a wet ocean rock in all the best ways imaginable!!

Stillhead Distillery, located in Duncan, BC creates small batch whiskies that are released only when they reach perfect maturity, not a particular age. They don’t look for shortcuts, instead they respect whisky making tradition. Each barrel is curated over the course of its aging, carefully matching its character to the barrel it will finish its maturation in, creating the perfect final whisky.
This 100% BC grown rye whisky was first matured in ex-bourbon berrels for 3-4 years. The spirit was then transferred to a once used whisky barrel recently aging Grade A maple syrup for about six months. - 46%
